| 摘 要： | 大学生犯罪具有广泛性、残暴性、侵财性、智能性等特点,引发大学生犯罪的主要原因是不良社会环境导致的价值观沦丧、教育失衡带来的个性心理残缺、法制观念薄弱产生的认识错误、经济困难引起的生活窘迫等原因所导致。遏制和减少大学生犯罪,需要加强大学生道德教育、法制教育,重视心理干预,营造良好的育人环境。
