| 摘 要： | 中共中央颁布的《公民道德建设实施纲要》提出了要在社会大力提倡公民道德规范，本文对公民道德规范主要调整的5种关系和10个道德范畴的内涵作了探讨，以期对公民的道德建设提供一定的针对性和可操作性。

| Abstract: | The Implementation Program for the Construction of Civic Virtues issued by the Central Committee of Communist Party of China advocates the norms of civic virtues nationwide. The paper studies the five relationships chiefly adjusted in the norms of civic virtues as well as the connotations of ten moral categories so as to provide the pertinent and operative assistance to civic moral construction. |
