摘    要:课堂教学管理艺术形成的内容包括:提醒艺术、教学指导艺术、集中学生注意力艺术以及学生评价艺术等。正确理解教学提醒是形成教学提醒艺术的前提,教学提醒设计促进教学提醒艺术的形成。对教学指导重要性的认识是形成教学指导艺术的心理起始,教学指导设计是形成教学指导艺术的行为起始。教师对集中学生注意力意义的理解有利于集中学生注意力艺术的形成,要学会用友善的态度、灵活多样的方法进行教学,学会教学内容的趣味性设计。确立现代教学评价观念有利于教师形成学生评价艺术,教师必须进行学生评价设计,这是形成学生评价艺术的重要策略。

Abstract:The content of classroom management art consists of art of reminding,teaching guiding,drawing students' attention and assessment.An accurate understanding of teaching reminding is the premise of the formation of art of reminding,and teaching reminding design promotes the formation art of reminding.Knowledge of the significance of guiding in teaching is the psychological start point of the art formation of guiding while the design of teaching guiding is the behavioural start point of it.Teachers' comprehension of the significance of drawing students' attention is beneficial for the formation of the art of it.The notion of contemporary teaching assessment is advantageous to the formation of students' assessment.The responsibility for students' assessment is an important strategy which teachers should learn to design the assessment.
