| 摘 要： | 社会的迅速发展和教育观念的不断更新，要求教师转换角色，从“传道者”转向教会学习知识的引导人，从“解惑者”转向发现问题的启发人，从“授业者”转向解决“创业”问题的参与人，这是教师角色转换的必然要求；教师角色转换持续发展的基本能力包括三个方面；师德是教师竞争的核心,师智是教师竞争的基础，师能是教师竞争的关键。实现教师角色的转换，要求教师要有正确的世界观、人生观、价值观、要充分认识教师职业的特殊性，要努力不断地把书教好。
