| 摘 要： | 从建立院(系)级实验室技术安全管理平台、抓好高校实验室技术安全管理的两项重点工作(特种设备维护保养、年检、持证上岗和化学三废物质处理)入手,阐述了抓好实验室技术安全管理的方法和必须遵循坚持“安全第一,万无一失,防患未然,不留盲点”原则的观点。

| Abstract: | Beginning with establishing a technology security management platform of labs on the college / department level and accomplishing two key tasks in the technology security management of labs(i.e.the maintenance,annual overhaul and qualification of special facilities,and the recovery of three types of chemical wastes),this article elaborated on the ways to carry out the technology security management of labs,and the view to adhere to the principle of "security first,all risks eliminated,prevention before accidents,no neglected areas". |
