| 摘 要： | 健美操集健身、娱乐、艺术于一体,在高校开设健美操课既有现实意义又有战略意义。本文通过对高校学生的调查和对健美操有关理论的阐述,对健美操进入高校课堂的可行性进行了研究与探讨,并提供可靠的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Aerobics combines with bodybuilding,entertainment and art. It is not only practical but also strategic to offer this course in colleges and universities. Though the investigation of the collegian and the elaboration of the aerobics, the author has made a detailed research and discussion on the feasibility of offering aerobics course. Besides, the author has provided the reliable theoretical basis for it. |
