| 摘 要： | 中国蓝球职业化发展到今天，已经经历了6个年头，随着市场商业化、职业化的深入，体育经纪人开始出现并扮演着至关重要的角色。通过献资料、专家论证及分析讨论等方法，对体育经纪人及职业篮球的现状进行了分析，讨论了目前关于职业篮球中体育经纪人的作用、市场前景及发展趋势，并针对管理现状分析了制定体育经纪人制度的必要性。

| Abstract: | It has been 6 years since the appearance of basketball professionalization in China. With the deepening of commercializing and professionalizing of market, sports agents have been playing the very important role in professional basketball. Through canons reading, expert analysis and discussions, sports agents and present situations of professional basketball have been analyzed and the function of sports agents of professional basketball, market prospect and its development tendency have been discussed. In aspect of present situation of its management, the necessity of making the sports agent system is mentioned as well. |
