香料烟增湿调制对各部位烟叶外观质量的影响

摘    要:研究了香料烟调制棚内,采用不同增湿方法和不同揭盖调制棚膜通风方法对调制后烟叶质量的影响,结果表明:下部叶以不增湿及调制过程中早揭晚盖;中部叶为入棚第3d加湿一次,入棚时将先入的那一头的膜盖严,另一头完全打开,过2d又将这一头打开通风,另一头盖严;上部叶是入棚第1d,第4d各加湿一次,入棚后实行一头封闭一头早揭晚盖,每3d换一次调制出的烟叶外观质量较好.

Abstract:The paper deals with the study of the effect on the quality of tobacco leaf after Curing process by using different moisture-increased ways and different cover or uncover the plastic film to ventilate the leaves in the Curing process hut of Oriental tobacco. The result shows that the leaves in lower part need no moisture-increasing, but opening the film in the morning and covering in the evening during the Curing process. The leaves in the middle need moisture-increasing once in the third day of entering the hut. Entering end of the leaves should be covered with the film tightly, and the other opens widely, and two days after do the opposite. The leaves in upper position need moisture-increasing in the fist and the fourth day once respectively after put into the hut. After entering the hut one end of the leaves is covered tightly and the other is opened in the morning, and covered in the evening. Then do the opposite. In this way, the outlook quality of tobacco leaves are better.
