摘    要:师生之间建立起融洽的理解型的师生关系是教学顺利开展的必要条件。理解型的师生关系是"我"与"你"的平等对话关系。教师只有树立正确的学生观,并从"道德危境"入手,在理想的沟通情境下通过与学生对话,才能达到与学生的"视野融合",真正建立起理解型的师生关系。

Abstract:The establishment of the understanding-based teacher-student relation is one of the indispensable conditions for the success of teaching/learning process. Since such relation is built on the basis of equality between "you" and "me", the teacher should have a correct attitude toward students and start the dialogue with students from the angle of "moral crisis" and in an ideal atmosphere for communication. Only by doing so can the teacher have the same "vision" as students and set up the understanding-based teacher-student relation.
