| Abstract: | Teaching reforms on food processing machinery including adjustment of teaching content,optimization of organization structure,reform of teaching method,improvement of teaching aid,enhancement of practical teaching and emphasis on capacity development were discussed and summarized in this paper,and the reforms in future of this course were conceived. |
