我国食品安全问题的伦理学思考

摘    要:在我国当前社会背景下,对食品安全进行伦理控制已经十分迫切。道德规范相对于法律规范而言,具有真实在场性、绝对普适性、永恒不变性、抽象概括性、行为引导性、自我监督性等多种优势,这些优势对于食品安全所需要长期、深入控制的目标而言,都有着潜在而巨大的实践空间。应将道德规范与法律规范相结合,充分运用积极的道德规范和消极的道德规范从两个方向控制、引导、规范食品安全。

Abstract:It is urgent that food safety should be controlled by ethics especially under the present social background in China.Comparing with legal rules,ethical rules are featured the following advantages,such as real presence,absolute universality,unchangeable forever,Abstract generosity,behavior leading,self-supervision.There are huge applicable space for the long-termed and deep-controlled field of food safety.We should combine legal rules with the moral rules together.Moreover,we should try to use the positive and negative rules and lead the food safe-ty to the right direction.
