| 摘 要： | 以评价理论为依据,采取定量和定性研究相结合的方法对英语一般疑问句和特殊疑问句的实例进行分析和对比,研究表明英语特殊疑问句和一般疑问句不仅可以表达态度意义,同时调节说话者和听者之间的对话关系,但两者在具体的评价意义分布上面具有明显差异。

| Abstract: | Based on the framework of Appraisal Theory,this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative approach in the analysis and com-parison of English Yes-No questions and Wh-questions.Research shows that both types of questions can construe engagement and attitudinal values;yet their distribution of specific appraisal values differs a lot. |
