摘    要:新建本科院校教师队伍年轻化、高学历化、非师范化倾向十分普遍,给高校发展带来巨大活力和新鲜血液的同时,也亟待提高他们的教育理论水平和教学能力,根据调研情况分析,重占、应该在教学思想、师生关系、课堂组织、语言表达等方面来提升教师的教学能力。

Abstract:It is very common that the teachers of the newly-established undergraduate universities are much younger with higher education and not-graduate-from-normal-universities.On the one hand,they pour great vitality and new blood into universities;on the other hand,they need to be enhanced on their teaching theories and abilities.Based on research and analysis,the focuses of improving teaching abilities are educational ideas,teacher-student relationship,class organization,language expression and so on.
