| Abstract: | The forecast was made on the characterisics of development trend of physical education institute in China in the 21st century.The necessity of continuing education of the library clerks was expounded and the importance of promoting the staff of the library was given.The content of continuing education was discussed to definite its range.Five measures were put forward to ensure the continuing education to be in progress for long time. |
