| 摘 要： | 远程教育要解决自身发展中存在的问题,就不能忽视对学习者知识的研究。运用顾客知识管理,从顾客知识管理的新视角,分析顾客知识管理对解决远程教育存在问题的作用机理和远程教育中顾客知识管理系统的构成,从而得出顾客知识管理对远程教育发展的启示。

| Abstract: | The learner's knowledge could not be ignored in solving the existing problems in distance education.The application of customer knowledge management from a new perspective of the customer knowledge management gives an explanation of the principle of the customer knowledge management in solving the problems in the distance education and analyses the constitution of the customer knowledge management system in the distance education so as to acquire the revelation of the customer knowledge management to the development of the distance education. |
