| 摘 要： | 武汉市乒乓球运动学校经过多年的理论研究和实践工作,以＂女子技术男性化＂训练理念为指导,建立了一套行之有效的女子运动员培养模式,并于2008年和2010年分别为国家乒乓球女队输送了冯亚兰和易芳贤两名运动员。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对武汉市乒乓球运动学校女子运动员培养模式进行研究,为提高中国女子乒乓球后备力量成材率提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Through theory research and practice work for years,with Women’s Technique with Men’s Characters as a guide,Wuhan table tennis school has established an effective cultivating model for female players,and sent FENG Yalan and YI Fangxian two players to the national table tennis women’s team respectively in 2008 and 2010.This essay uses literature,expert interviews,logical analysis,researching the female players cultivating model of Wuhan table tennis school,which can afford reference evident to improve the rate of finished product of Chinese table tennis women’s reserve. |
