开放性运动技能学习中类比学习与外显学习的最佳组合方式研究

摘    要:探讨开放性运动技能学习中类比学习与外显学习的最佳组合方式。36名大学一年级男生被随机分入外显-类比学习组、类比-外显学习组以及类比与外显学习同时进行组。以击球准确性、动作评分和动作知识数量为指标,对受试的绩效进行了评价。结果显示,大学是初学者学习开放性网球技能时,类比-外显学习组受试的击球准确性、动作评分和动作知识的掌握程度比其它两组好。

Abstract:The best way of integration of analogy learning and explicit learning on open skill learning was investigated.Thirty-six freshmen were randomly assigned into Explicit-Analogy Group,Analogy-Explicit Group and Simultaneous Group(twelve in each group).The dependant variables were the accuracy,gait ratings and the number of skill rules in the retention and transfer tests.The accuracy and gait ratings of Analogy-Explicit Group were better than those of either Explicit-Analogy Group or Simultaneous Group.The number of rules accumulated in Analogy-Explicit Group was more than that of either Explicit-Analogy Group or Simultaneous Group.
