| 摘 要： | 从构建企业长期竞争力出发,首先建立了一个基于知识的业务活动一体化与反一体化的决策框架,然后分析了影响业务活动一体化与反一体化决策的三个主要因素:知识的核心度、知识的流失度和知识创造的效率,最后在实证研究的基础上提出一人上帮助企业进行业务活动一体化与反一体化决策的概念模型.

| Abstract: | On the basis of long-term competence of the enterprise,this paper firstly creates a decision framework of integration and disintegration of business activities.Then it analyses the three main influence factors of the integration and disintegration decision of business activities.These factors are core degree of knowledge,losing degree of knowledge and efficiency of knowledge creating.Finally it puts forward a conceptual model to help the enterprise make decision of integration and disintegration of business... |
