史籍和诗文的有关记载表明，辽金时期北京及其周围地区的气候从多雨转变成以干旱、大风、寒冷为主要特征；河湖众多的区域水文状况，比较丰富的森林资源，农业栽培和植被等等，都受到人类活动尤其是战争与城市建设的影响。本文将追溯人类活动影响区域气候、水文、植被、动物以及城市发展的重要史实，并从人与生态环境关系的角度做出宏观评价。

Entironment around Beijing Area during the Liao & Jin Dynasty

The geographical phenomenon that was record by the historical literatures and verses show that the climate characters had changed from raininess to frequently aridity with wind and chilliness around Beijing area during the Liao & Jin Dynasty. Moreover the states of the numerous rivers and lakes,rich resource of forest, agricultural planting vegetations and the rise or decline of cities, which had been changed by the human activity especially the war or the peace in differ period. This paper will search the historic facts about the human effected the circumstances, and judge of the relation about the man with entironment in this areas.
