论网络环境下中西部地区图书馆事业的发展

针对中西部地区图书馆事业的发展现状和存在的问题 ,提出了相应的发展对策。主张在网络环境下 ,中西部地区图书馆应树立新的发展理念 ,充分利用国内外的资金、人力和先进技术 ,尽快建立以高校图书馆和省中心图书馆为“核心馆”的覆盖中西部地区的文献信息服务网络 ,实行灵活多样的办馆模式 ,加强乡镇图书馆的发展等
