| 摘 要： | 作为一种特定的医疗话语文本,术前知情同意书承载着传递理疗信息、尊重病患知情权的固有功能。但在社会风险日趋复杂化的今天,它却引起了各方颇具争议的解读。显然,造成这种认知偏差的根源是多层面的,从批判话语分析的视阈来看,则主要归因于风险话语的技术化、话语互动的缺失以及协商民主的表象化等几个方面。

| Abstract: | As a specific medical text,the informed consent plays an important role in presenting remedial information and respecting patients' human rights.With the increasing complication of social risks,however,it brings about a variety of controversial interpretations.Apparently,this kind of cognitive deviation should be attributed to lots of possible factors.From the perspective of critical discourse analysis,this is mainly due to technocratization of risk discourse,lack of discursive interaction and simplification of deliberative democracy. |
