| 摘 要： | 文言文诵读的过程有“四步曲”：初读——咬文嚼字：再读——庖丁解牛；熟读——进入情境；背诵——回忆再现，四步曲是由高到低，由慢到快，由点到面，由语言到篇章结构的阅读理解过程。

| Abstract: | Counterclaim is a clients?claim filed in opposition to contractors?claim. Also, it is a fact, now, that the contractor has to face in the construction project management. Based on the principle, essence and procedure of clients?counterclaim, the paper aims to offer some pieces of advices to answer counterclaims so as to protect the valid rights of contractors. |
