基于组态控制的液压实验系统

摘    要:以MCGS组态软件为开发平台,将其应用于液压实验系统.不仅能对液压系统进行监控,采集实验数据建立实验报表,而且能够脱机进行液压仿真实验、模拟控制。由于在实验中利用动画配合实物协同运动,参数实时测量、显示,给予最直观的展示和动态模似。既降低了学习难度,又提高了实验效率与趣味性。

Abstract:This article takes MCGS configuration software as a development platform,and applies it to the hydraulic experimental system,which can not only supervise and control the hydraulic system,collecting the experimental data to establish the experiment statement,but also carry on the imitation off-line.Because making use of the animation match real object to be in conjunction with the sport in the experiment,measuring and showing the parameters of real time,giving the most intuitionistic demonstration and the dynamic imitation,it can reduce the difficulty of study,and also raise the efficiency and interests of experiments.
