| 摘 要： | 通过两个班学生采用不同的教学方法进行技巧规定动作的教学,经过五周的学习后统一考核,发现循环练习法在技巧中的应用对学习效果、基本身体素质和学习能力的培养上,均优于传统的教学方法.

| Abstract: | The set movements of acrobatic gymnastics are taught in the two classes by two diffetent teaching methods.After five weeks' study,it is found that the method of circulative practice is superior to the traditional method in study result,basic bodily quality and study ability training. |
