| 摘 要： | 中英教育行政传统代表了两个极端，随着历史的进程，又表现出一定程度上的两极互补趋势。本文试图从地理、历史及政经文化三个方面对这种不同和发展的背景进行一番初步探讨，以助于理解教育行政选择的内在动因。
