| Abstract: | To clarify the connotation and aim of the professional quality, to recognize the significance of professional quality to the employment, and to explore the methods and ways under the direction of employment to cultivate professional quality of students of higher vocational education, are the important subjects that should be solved urgently, to deepen the re- formation of teaching mode of three-scale platform, to adapt to the social development and to perfect the function of personnel constructing of higher vocational education. |
