煤制活性炭的研制及其吸附特性

摘    要:研究了以烟煤为原料制备颗粒活性炭的工艺过程 ,讨论了原煤炭、活化温度、活化时间、活性炭收率等工艺条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,煤制活性炭的最佳工艺条件 :粒度 180目 ,筛余量小于3% ,粘结剂用量为原料粉的 30 % ,炭化温度 5 6 0℃ - 6 0 0℃ ,合适活化温度 85 0℃ - 90 0℃。文章还讨论了煤制活性炭去除水污染物的效能及机理

Abstract:This article presents of a research the technical process of developing grain active carbon from soft coal as raw material and a discussion of the influence of technmnical conditions covering the temperature and time for activation of raw soft coal and production ratio of active carbon upon its adsorbing characteristic.The experimental results indicate that the optimal technical conditions are:granularity of coal made active catbon is 180,the dosage of the felt is 30% of the raw material powder and the carbonization temperature is form 560 to 600 centigrade degrees while the appropriate activation temperature from 850 to 900 degrees centigrade.The article also deals with the efficiency and mechanism of removing water contamination by active carbon.
