| Abstract: | With the development of the society,many countries pay close attention to custody system.The advanced coutries and areas has begun to realize the requests of contemporary law and order.They avoid abusing custody and protect civil rights of suspects and defendants by controlling custody through substant and program.I analyze the ideas of the human rights protection in the suspensive custody,the rights relief in the custody system of the orther countries of the world and discuss the human rights protection in the custody of our country. |
