摘    要:钙离子作为胞内重要的第二信使,在细胞信号转导过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。探讨极低频电磁场对胞内游离钙离子浓度(Ca~(2 )]_i)的影响,对于从细胞信号转导的角度来解释生物电磁效应,尤其是弱极低频电磁场(ELF-EMF)非热效应的机制有着重要的意义。文章介绍了近年来有关极低频电磁场对胞内游离钙离子浓度影响的研究现状,并对今后的发展方向进行展望。

Abstract:As an intracellular second messenger,Ca~(2 )plays a critical role in cell signal transduction. To discuss the effects of extremely low frequency(ELF)electromagnetic fields(EMF)on intracellular free Ca~(2 )concentration is meaningful for explaining the mechanisms of biological effects of electromagnetic fields,especially for the non-thermal effects of weak ELF-EMF,in terms of cell signal transduction system. In this paper,authors reviewed the current study situation in recent years and predicted the future research direction about the effects of ELF-EMF on intracellular free Ca~(2 )concentration.
