The Interests Target and the Right Orientation of the Rights-Defending Movement of Civic Proprietors

In modem society,the defense and realization of interests are embodied by the emergence and the fulfillment of a series of relationships of fights.Therefore,the action,aiming at pleading for interests,tends to be upgraded to rights movement.Since 2000,the rights-defending movement of proprietors of the commercial residence,which has become common place throughout the large cities in China,is a social movement of that kind,with its definite interests to originative advocating rights and regulations discloses the unique logic of extension of"the Rights-Defending Movement of Civic Proprietors"and reflects the inner relationship between propriety rights and the proprietors' consciousness of civil rights.
