| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，创新将成为高等学校培养人才、发展知识、服务社会三大传统职能的核心。围绕创新这个核心，高等学校必须加大人才培养力度，使学生全体发展、全面发展，同时必须发挥科研优势，加大知识创新、技术创新的力度，积极探索高新技术产业化的发展途径。

| Abstract: | In the age of knowledge economy, innovation is to become the core of the traditional functions of colleges and universities, which involve training talents, developing knowledge and serving the society. By focusing on the core of innovation, universities must strengthen their efforts in training the talents so as to enable all the students have an all-round development. Meanwhile, they should, by taking advantage of their scientific and research power, promote the creativity and originality of knowledge and technology, and positively explore the means for the development of new and high-tech industrialization. |
