| 摘 要： | 针对有机化学课堂中存在的问题，课堂管理有四条措施：一是进行课程学习目的教育；二是应用灵活的教学方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力；三是制定明确的规章制度，并严格执行；四是改革成绩考核措施，使学生重视平时学习。

| Abstract: | By way of analyzing the problems in classroom,The article proposed four measures for organic chemistry classroom management:1)Education of the purpose of learning course;2)Application of flexible teaching methods to attract the attention of students in classroom;3)Establishment of clear regulations,and strict enforcement;4)Reform of examination method of results for enabling the students to lay stress on learning in normal times. |
