浅谈网球运动中底线反拍单手击球技术动作的解剖分析

本文根据当前我国青少年网球运动员几乎清一色的底线反拍双手击球现象，从解剖学角度分析了单手击球技术的优缺点和参与完成技术动作所需的肌肉群，并列举了有针对性的训练方法，其目的在于要让教练员们在今后的网球教学过程中，根据运动员的特点和特长去选择底线反拍单手击球技术。

Anatomical Analysis of Baseline Single-hand Backhand Technique in Tennis

Almost every juvenile tennis player likes to use baseline double- hand backandstroks. This paper analysed the advantages and disadvantges of single-hand serve and the muscle groups needed to finish the action from the angle of sports anatomy, listed some tit-for-tattraining methods. The purpose is to let the coaches select baseline technique style according tothe characteristics of the player.
