| Abstract: | We live in the beginning of the new century when the basic education is considered as the key of the entire education. It is the basic task for schools to train highly qualified bilingual creative intellectuals with the ability to communicate directly with foreigners. In order to fulfill the tasks, school's education especially the basic one should orient itself from the "Test-oriented education" to the "Quality-oriented education". |
