| 摘 要： | 本文从历史沿革入手,分析校友与校庆活动在清华大学组织文化建设中不可替代的作用,阐述了校友与校庆活动既是清华大学的传统,又是其组织文化的一部分,还承担着培养和理解组织文化的使命,使清华的组织文化得以更好地传达、传播,并在管理导向的作用下不断发展、完善的观点。
