Leaders' crisis management ability has become an important part of their public administration ability and therefore, promoting leaders' crisis management ability is very significant. This paper analyses the relationship between the crisis management ability and the public administration ability and its influence on leaders' comprehensive ability such as: the ability to react to matters, make policy, coordinate and communicate with others.
