关注教师群体,促进教育公平

教师群体是教育事业得以发展的宝贵资源,是教育改革的关键,是促进教育公平的重要力量。近年来由于教师群体受到一些不公正和不尊重待遇,引起一系列如教师幸福指数偏低、职业倦怠、角色质疑与角色超载、话语缺失等现实问题。这些问题不仅影响到教育质量的提高,更不利于教师形象的塑造。因此,应将教师遇到的困境纳入到公平的范畴给予更多的关注。

Paying Attention to Teachers and Promoting Education Fairness

Teachers are regarded as valuable resources to the development of education, and the key of the reform of education and the education fairness. However, in recent years, due to the injustice treatment, many problems ,such as low happiness index, occupation burnout, questioning roles and lack of discourse right , have to be solved . These problems affect the quality of education and the teachers＇ social status . Therefore, problems of teachers should be paid much attention.
