学校体育教研制度构建问题的探索与研究

本文研究的是与学校体育教研制度构建相关的一系列问题。文章首先简要分析了构建学校体育教研制度的必要性，然后又进一步分析了在构建学校体育教研制度的过程中应注意的几个关键问题，并在全文分析的基础上，提出了改造和构建学校体育教研制度的两点具体策略，即：改变传统“重教轻研”的问题，充分发挥体育教研工作的研究作用；改变传统的学校体育教研模式，改造传统的备课、说课、评课的教研模式，希望对学校体育教研制度的构建能够有所助益。

Exploration and Research on the Construction of School Sports Teaching and Research System

This paper deals with a series of issues relating to the construction of school teaching and research system. This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of constructing school sports teach- ing and research system briefly, and then further analyzes the key issues that should be paid attention to in the process, and, based on the whole analysis, proposes two specific strategies of improv- ing and constructing school sports teaching and research system, that is, changing traditional idea of focusing on teaching and ne- glecting research and giving full play to sports teaching research, and changing traditional sports teaching and research model, hoping to be beneficial to the construction of school sports teach- ing and research system.
