摘    要:作为基础教育的基础、终身教育的开端的学前教育,在素质教育战略体系中具有举足轻重的地位。学前教育发展方向的把握,对学前教育事业的发展意义重大。在二战以前,只有很少的国家会把学前教育纳入国家教育体系,而二战后各国政府对学前教育的重视逐步加强,很多国家将学前教育纳入了国家教育体系,制定或完善了一系列相关政策法规,值得我们去探讨和借鉴。

Analysis on the Trend of Development of Pre-school Edu-cation in Main Developed Countries after the Second World War

Abstract:As a base of basic education, the beginning of the life-long education, the preschool education has played a pivotal role in the strategic system of quality education. The direction of preschool education has great significant for the development of pre-primary education. Before the second world war, only a few countries bring the pre-school education into the national educa- tion system, governments attaches to the pre-primary education gradually strengthened after the second world war, many states bring the pre-primary education into the national education sys- tem, develop or refinc a series of relevant policies and regula- tions, it worth exploring and learning for us.
