新媒体时代下创新高职院校学生工作模式研究

高职院校的新媒体学生管理工作要重视搭建有效的管理平台，拓展管理空间，建立平等互助的管理工作氛围，最终实现高职院校学生管理工作的全面创新。本文分析了新媒体概念，总结了高职院校学生管理工作现状，提出了新媒体时代高职学校学生工作模式的创新对策。

Research on the Innovation of Student Affairs in Higher Vocation Colleges in the Times of New Media

Student management in higher vocational colleges in the new media should pay attention to the establishment of an ef- fective management platform, expand management space, and construct an equal and cooperative management atmosphere, so as to ultimately realize the overall innovation of student manage- ment in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the defi- nition of the new media, summarizes the current situation of stu- dent management in higher vocational colleges, and proposes the countermeasures of the innovation of student management in the times of new media.
