| Abstract: | In the mode of ＂school-enterprise cooperation＂, part-time teachers play a positive role in the optimization of teachers in higher vocational education, the improvement of stu- dents professional skills, and the promotion of school-enterprise win-win, but at the same time, part-time teachers＇ basic teach- ing skills are to be improved in the actual teaching process, espe- cially in the psychological skills, such as studying students＇ learning psychology, stimulating students＇ learning motivation, and the ability of controlling class.
