拔尖创新人才培养模式及培养平台建设研究

建设创新型国家，核心在科技创新，关键在拔尖创新人才的培养，基础在创新教育模式。在现阶段高校管理政策和方式已发生很大变化，尤其是工作的重心转移到了提高人才培养模式及质量方面。本文主要论述了培养创新人才重要性、培养模式以及培养平台建设三方面内容，旨在提高各高校研究生的创新能力从而为社会发展服务。

Thus, it becomes more and more important to make out the ways of improving the quality of personnel training and providing the excellent graduates for society.
