| 摘 要： | 据相关统计，2012年大学毕业生的数量达到680万人，2013年达到了近700万人，竞争激烈，就业困难，以及大学毕业生数量不断增加的双重背景下，每年都有大量的毕业生就业困难。近年来，政府加大了就业困难群体的就业指导和帮扶的工作，然而，因就业困难群体就业的诸多制约因素，实际效果并不乐观。

| Abstract: | According to related statistics, the population ot umvers~ty graduates reacnecl o. ~ minion m zvlz anu mcreaseu to nearly 7 million in 2013. Since the competition is getting intense, and the university graduates raise dramatically, there are many graduates facing difficulties in employment every year. Recently, government enhances the support by means of providing employment guidance to the group of graduates who are weak in employment. However, as there are many con- straints in weak-in-employment group, the effortisnot as well as expected. |
