摘    要:企业文化要实现落地生根,需要长期不懈地进行企业文化传播。在企业文化的内部传播中,企业面临传播对象、传播内容、传播形式、传播渠道等多重障碍。这些障碍导致了企业文化内部传播不畅,给企业文化生根带来极大困难。只有克服这些传播障碍,才能顺利实现企业文化的内部传播,才能在企业内部真正实施文化管理,从而促进企业、员工和谐发展。

Abstract:If the corporate culture has the inclination to take root, the corporate needs to make persistent attempt at dissemi- nation. In the course of internal dissemination of corporate culture, the enterprise faces many great obstacles, such as the dissemination object, the dissemination contents, the dissemination form, dissemination outlet etc. ,failing to disseminate cor- porate culture and causing great difficulty to the corporate culture in taking root. Only by getting rid of the obstacles, can the internal dissemination of corporate culture be carried out smoothly, thus promoting the harmonious development of the corpo- rate and employees.
