摘 要: | 教师的教学宽容指教师以培养学生的自由精神、促进其本真自我的实现为根本目的,在教学情境中教师对不同于自己的价值观和行为采取包容和尊重学生的对待方式,以及对学生不同于自己的行为和观念所采取的一种包容态度。本文通过对教师教学宽容定义的阐述,进一步对教师教学宽容的缺失现象进行原因分析,并提出相应的对策。

Abstract: | The fundamental purpose of teachers' teaching toler- ance is to cultivate students' spirit of freedom and promote their self-realization. In teaching situations, the teacher should tolerate students' values and behavior that are different from his own. This article describes the definition of teacher's teaching tolerance, then analyzes the reasons of lacking teachers' teaching tolerance and gives some countermeasures. |
