| 摘 要： | 在企业职工教育中,开设创造发明课程是提高职工创造力的最佳途径。该课程涉及的内容应包括:树立创新意识,培养创造精神;培养发明技巧,传授创造技法;选择发明课题,实践发明技法;讲授知识产权常识,鼓励职工申请专利。

| Abstract: | In the workers' education in enterprises,offering creating and inventing courses is the best way to improve the workers' creative ability.The contents concerned should include the establishing of inve-tional consciousness,the dev eloping of cre ating spirit and inventing skills,the choosing of inventing topi c and so on.At the same time ,the intellectual property right should be int roduced and the enterprises should encourage workers to apply for patents. |
