| 摘 要： | 本文以运动技能形成理论为基础,结合陆地冰球运动项目的特点,针对我国陆地冰球运动的发展现状,采用查阅资料、观察运动员比赛及结合自身多年训练的实践体会,对陆地冰球运动员杆上技术动作技术练习过程中的动作要点进行了综合分析,并提出杆上动作技巧培养的10种练习方法,为我国广大陆地冰球运动界的爱好者和专业陆地冰球运动员杆上技术训练提供相应的技术信息. |

| Abstract: | In this paper based on the theory of motor skill formation, combined with the char- acteristics of roller sports project, based on the development situation of our country land ice hockey, using literature data, observation of athletes and combined with the practice of their years of training experience, the action points of land ice hockey player rod technology action technology practice process were analyzed, and the put forward 10 kinds of training methods rod action skills training, provide technical information for China ~s vast land ice hockey sports enthusiasts and professional ice hockey player rod land technical training. |
