大学生学习动力不足的主要原因分析

在进行了问卷调查的基础上,学生、专职教师和学生管理人员认为,学生学习动力不足的主要原因是:没有养成良好的学习习惯;懒惰,自制力差;学生学习目的不明确,没有上进心;基础差,听不懂,知难而退。提出要建全学生管理制度,狠抓班风;加强对学生学习的督导、学习态度的引导和学习方法的指导,从而激发学生的学习动力。

Main reasons for students' lack of motility of learning

On the basis of questionnaires,this paper analyzes the main reasons for students' lack of motility of learning from the aspects of students,in-house teachers and student administrators.The rea- sons are as follows:the students do not form a good habit of learning;they are lazy and have lack of self-control;they have no clear objectives of learning,and they are not progressive;their knowledge foundation is poor,they do not understand teachers' lectures and they have to give up learning.In the end,the author presents several methods to inspire the motility of students' learning:to establish the management system of students' scholarship and to form the fine learning style of classes;to strengthen the supervision of students' learning,the instruction of students' learning attitudes and the guidance of students' learning methods.
