阿坝州民族基础教育发展探讨

新世纪初叶,阿坝州发展民族基础教育需要集中力量,进一步推进和完善寄宿制教育,帮助和引导农牧民转变教育观念,加强和扩大师资力量,灵活务实地推行双语教学,实现“普九”攻坚。同时,在“普九”进程中拓宽学前教育,及早开发民族儿童智力,以形成促进“普九”的浮力;拓展职业教育,增加民族基础教育中的劳动技术含量,使学生有一技之长,能技术致富,以缓解“普九”和升学压力;并且不失时机地发展高中教育,以满足本土民族越来越大的接受高等教育的需求。最终形成先进生产力和先进文化的基础,全面推动阿坝州的经济发展和社会进步。

A Probe into the Development of the National Elementary Education in ABa Prefecture

To develop the national elementary education in ABa Prefecture,we need to concentrate forces to furthure promote and perfect the education,of boarding system,give correct guidance to farmers and herdsmen as to the fransition of educational concepfion augment and enlarge teaching forces,pursue bilingual teaching,and turn into reality the popularization of the9-year compulsory education.During the process of the popularization of the compulsory educationefforts should be made to broaden and expand pre-schooling,education and vocation education,and to make best of each opportunity to develop senior schooling.Consequentially,this will lead in short to the forming of the basis of the advanced productive force and culture and all-round economic and social development in ABa Prefecture.
