| 摘 要： | 探讨在市场经济的框架内,我国的法学理论、法律观念、法制体制应作怎样的调整和变革?强调权利为本位的法律观念是市场经济有序运行的前提条件,独立意志的法律观念是市场经济法律的精髓,公平和公正的法律观念是市场经济竞争法则的要求,安全、信用的法律观念是促使市场经济安全运行的保障.

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the problems of how to modify and reform the theories of laws, concept of laws and legal system in the frame of market economy in China and emphasizes on the point that right-oriented concept oflaws is the precondition of an orderl ymarket economy, independent-minded concept of laws is the spirit of market economy laws, fair and just concept of laws is the demand of the competition rules of market economy and safe and trusty conceptof laws is the safeguard to the sound operation of market economy. |
